What we collect. When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, e-mail, phone number (if given), your message and any attached file. With your consent, we may also collect anonymous statistics about site visits.
Why. We use this data only to answer your request and prepare a proposal, and to improve the website.
Legal basis and storage. We process data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR. Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years and then deleted.
Sharing. We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers who host this website and our e-mail, and only as needed to operate them.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@chemtech.ge.
